Nope, but yes it is in a car. Notice anything unusual about his eyes? That might give you a clue as to roughly when in the Heroes time-line it was.

Nope, it was from "Into Asylum" with Danko when he shapeshifts back from that woman.

He cut it into his arm with telekinesis and he wrote it on the wall of Tom's house in Tom's blood.
