those are the ones he absorbed but Healing should be on there from Daniel Linderman (Villains) and Eden gave him Persuasion (Dont look back) so radiation was ability 12 and Telekinesis is 11

but, we don't know if Charles' was the same, the hints given suggest otherwise. He did absorb Eden's and Arthur's, but we're not sure about Linderman's.
