Yes

After she died the first time, she existed in an electronic form on the internet. She and her uncle Richard Drucker were killed permanently when they tried to get into Primatech's computers. Elle electrocuted the system after Matt Neuenberg memorised all of the information. When they extracted the information from him afterwards, he died too.
