Film Recommendations

Post by 2009_rocks (aka IC) on Wed Jul 15, 2009 1:17 pm

Do you know any good old films you want to recommend to us? Post them here! They don't have to be too old like the one I'm recommending here, they could even be new ones.

I recommend: Clue
This film is a film from 1985, based on the board game Cluedo and it's set in a Gothic mansion with the characters from the game. It's a comedy and I find it hilarious! It did poorly in the box office, but I still find it funny. There's 3 different endings too! Whodunnit? Watch this film to find out!
Here's its IMDB page. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088930/

C's. I thought it sounded funny. I used to play stuff like that with Cluedo, instead of playing the game properly I'd make up stories.

They're locked in and they have to solve the murders before they're all bumped off. There's a lot of running about and screaming.

I'd say more but I have to go. Evil Dad. Evil or Very Mad

They're locked in the mansion with the murderer and no one knows who it is. The lights go out several times and there are at least 6 murders I think. Here's one:

The film is funny, honest. I saw it on TV a few nights ago.

There's secret passages too! Smile One of my favourite lines is: "Yep, two corpses, everything's fine."

Here is someone's top 25 moments:

And here's the trailer:

Ok, that's enough of Clue now I think.

Ooh I also recommend Star Trek XI! I love you

That was on TV last night I think. I saw a bit where a man was stuck in drying concrete and another was driving a steamroller over him.

I didn't realise it was on until then. My dad says there's a scene where someone has chips up their nose. He says it's one of the funniest bits but my mum hates that bit.

I recommend a film called The Fifth Element. I watched it last night because I was bored and it was pretty good.
